My mobile summer delight: A minimalist sound generating set-up.
The Wingie MK II on the left of the picture is a stereo resonator with built-in microphones and line input, developed by the Chinese synthesizer designer Meng Qi.
The Wingie resonates with any incoming audio and transforms it into complex textures. I used the rubber spoon for a little percussion. The Zoom H5 on the right records Wingie’s outgoing audio.
